• When you register for the first time or renew your account with us, we will send you an email with all the things you need to start using our service. This includes setup instructions that will help you use everything we offer. The email will arrive in a time interval, a minimum of 5 minutes and a maximum of 12 hours, but usually you will receive it within a couple of minutes. So be sure to check your email after registering or renewing your account.

• If you purchase a renewal to continue using our service, it is important that you enter the same email address you used the first time you purchased. This is because by doing so, the time you buy will be automatically added to your previous account and you will not have to change the channel list in the applications you are using. On some one-month renewals, we may send you a different list, but don’t worry, this will not affect the way you use our service.

• There are some applications that you can use to watch our Internet TV, such as Duplex Play, Net ipTV, SET IPTV, Smart IPTV, Smart One, Flex IPTV, Flix IPTV, IBO PLAYER, Bay TV, ARC Player and others. It is important to know that these applications are not free and when you download them, you will be able to use them for a limited trial period before they are blocked and you will be asked to pay to continue using them. It’s as if they lend you something for a few days to try it out and then, if you like it and want to continue using it, you have to buy it.

Application activations such as those mentioned above are a totally different product than IPTV plans. If you configured the IPTV list in one of these applications and after a few days the channels were blocked, this is your responsibility. The solution is to configure the IPTV list in a free application such as SS IPTV or IPTV Smarters, or pay the corresponding activation fee. Remember that activations are a separate product and are not related to the IPTV plans we offer.
